Advantech iEMS/ECOWatch is a domain-focused product based on Advantech WISE-IoT industrial cloud platform and the WISE-InsightAPM( asset performance management). ECOWatch monitors and manages public resources such as water, electricity, gas, and heat in buildings. It works closely with building power supply and distribution systems, water supply infrastructures, and air conditioning systems. Additionally, this solution coordinates management between equipment, people, and energy. It features common function modules, which enable energy monitoring, real-time alarms, sub-metering, energy consumption analysis, energy consumption statistics, energy consumption ranking, and energy reporting.

Our solution is designed to meet the ISO 14064-1 and ISO 14067 standard, can be applied to a variety of industrial scenarios. To implement, users will follow the process and complete the collection of carbon emissions information including GHG Scope 1, 2, and 3 carbon footprinting. Enterprise can use CarbonR to review carbon emissions and product carbon footprint with digital carbon inventory system and energy efficiency improving strategies in compliance with ISO 14064/ISO 14067.

Advantech ECOEnterprise (iEMS/ECOEnterprise) covers five key report functions. Starting from understanding the current status of the enterprise, it gradually delves into the relationship between energy consumption and carbon emissions to identify the carbon reduction gap. It then deploys renewable energy strategies to meet RE100 standards, manages the associated investment amounts and cost risks, and uses functional reports to track progress and repeatedly confirm target gaps in the short, medium, and long term. These measures are revised annually, allowing enterprises to improve energy-saving and carbon reduction performance without struggling with external investor evaluations and stakeholder demands.

Advantech HVAC Energy Efficiency Management combines digital technologies such as artificial intelligence, cloud computing, Internet of Things, and digital twins with professional knowledge and experience, and provides energy efficiency management through lean control, from equipment management - anomaly detection - energy efficiency diagnosis and analysis - strategy optimization, and establishing a closed-loop management link. The system comprehensively collects the operating parameters, energy consumption, weather and other data of each HVAC equipment, and gives the corresponding optimization strategy through multi-dimensional analysis and diagnosis of the factors affecting the operation efficiency of the equipment and the system, so as to achieve energy saving effects.

Prognostics and Health Management is a cutting-edge solution for intelligent factories. This advanced system excels in predictive maintenance, employing real-time data analysis to detect potential risks and predict equipment health. By anticipating potential machine issues, PHM enables users to implement proactive maintenance measures before problems escalate. The result is swift identification of machine health status and timely alerts, effectively preventing unexpected downtimes. With a keen focus on predictive capabilities, PHM optimizes labor and spare parts management, reducing repair times and boosting operational resilience.
