It combines industry expertise and project management technology in a one-stop system aimed at enabling complex home repair projects.
Combining AI and Project Management Processes Since the launch of TigerMaster in 2021, it has offered more than 230 services to over 150,000 customers, completing more than 11,000 projects. Services offered range from low value repairs like fixing sockets or changing chrome fittings to full renovations such as full bathroom or kitchen renovations or interior design.
Once a service order is placed on, the order is automatically added to the online project management system. TigerMaster then, through big-data analysis, matches a service order with the perfect person for the job - the “Master”. This, combined with AI learning, creates an intelligent, integrated project plan. Once paired, the Master and customer can get quotes, and complete online payments, track the progress of the project, evaluate one another, all through the app. The internal AI of TigerMaster monitors and tracks the process in its entirety by comparing the project’s progress against nine monitoring points. When an abnormality occurs in, the system will immediately issue a warning to the customer and TigerMaster’s technical customer service manager will intervene to help resolve the issue.
The " TigerMaster " app was officially launched in Q2 of 2021, with five major achievements upon launch: 150,000 members, 1,500 craftsmen, 13,000 completed orders, a satisfaction rating of 4.7 stars, and a 30% repurchase rate.
